Payment Terms
To qualify for our discounted online prices, a refundable deposit of THB 2,500 per person is required.
The deposit will be refunded in full if the reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the booked program.
Our Early Bird prices are available for guests who complete both their reservation and deposit payment at least 14 days before the start of a dive trip or diving course.
Our discounted online package prices are available for guests who complete their reservation and deposit payment at least 3 days before the start of the program.
The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the first day of the program.
Guests who make an online reservation without paying the deposit must arrange payment of the required deposit at least 18 hours before the program begins.
We use WISE.com as our preferred secure payment platform, allowing convenient international transfers, including transfers to a European bank account.
Changes Due to Weather
Dive destinations and itineraries may be changed without prior notice due to weather, sea conditions, or safety considerations.
If Searobin Dive Center knows in advance that weather conditions make it unsafe or impossible to visit the planned dive site, we will contact you as soon as possible. You may then choose to:
-
reschedule your trip to another available date, or
-
cancel your booking and receive a full refund.
Searobin Dive Center cannot be held responsible for unforeseen weather conditions, rough seas, reduced visibility, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Liability Waiver
Before participating in any diving activity, all divers must read, complete, and sign the applicable SSI, IFDI or PADI Liability Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement.
If necessary, please review this document with a parent, guardian, or family member before booking.
Additional liability forms may be required for certain diving courses depending on the standards of the respective training agency.
Diver Certification & Equipment
Only certified divers may participate in certified diving activities unless they are enrolled in a diving course under the direct supervision of a certified diving instructor.
Each diver accepts full responsibility for:
-
their own actions;
-
their personal safety;
-
and the equipment they use.
Divers are strongly recommended to have their own dive accident insurance. Insurance can also be purchased through Searobin Dive Center.
Divers may choose to use their own equipment or rental equipment supplied by Searobin Dive Center. Regardless of the equipment used, every diver is responsible for inspecting it before each dive and ensuring it functions correctly.
Divers should always plan their dives while considering the possibility of equipment malfunction and should possess the necessary skills to respond safely to any equipment-related emergency.

Searobin Dive Center, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, accident, or failure arising from participation in our diving activities or related services.
All participants acknowledge and voluntarily accept the inherent risks associated with activities including, but not limited to:
-
scuba diving

-

Unsafe, illegal, or irresponsible behavior that endangers other guests, staff members, or marine life will not be tolerated.
Searobin Dive Center reserves the right to refuse service or terminate participation without refund if a participant behaves irresponsibly or creates an unsafe situation.
Refund Policy
Searobin Dive Center aims to provide a fair and flexible refund policy for all guests.
Full Refund
A full refund will be provided if:
-
the guest cancels at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the program;
-
Searobin Dive Center cancels the program due to weather or operational reasons.
Weather Conditions
If weather or sea conditions make it unsafe to operate your dive trip or your Open Water training dives, we will notify you as soon as possible.
You may then choose to:
-
reschedule your program to another available date, or
-
receive a full refund.
Please note that light rain alone does not result in cancellation. Dive trips normally operate unless strong winds, rough seas, or other unsafe conditions prevent safe diving.
No Refund
Refunds will not be provided if:
-
the guest fails to arrive at the scheduled meeting time;
-
the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the program begins
Diving Course Refunds
For multi-day diving courses, guests may discontinue their course at the end of any completed course day.
In this case, Searobin Dive Center will refund the unused portion of the course, while completed training days and certification-related expenses remain payable.
Every cancellation request is reviewed individually by our European management team. Whenever possible, we will make every reasonable effort to minimize cancellation charges and provide the most favorable solution for our guests.
