The PADI open water diver and IFDI 20m diver course in Koh Samui is the perfect entry point into the world of scuba diving. In just three days, you will master the vital fundamentals of scuba diving and receive an internationally recognized open water diver certification.

This comprehensive open water diver course includes theory, pool training, and four open water dives at the most beautiful dive sites around Koh Samui and Koh Tao. Thanks to small groups and highly experienced instructors, you will learn safely, relaxed, and completely at your own pace.

You can even kickstart your journey before your trip begins by completing the theory conveniently online via eLearning. Modern dive computers are provided throughout your training to ensure a hands-on, safe, and up-to-date learning experience.

Upon successful completion, you are certified to dive worldwide alongside a certified diving partner—without needing the direct supervision of a dive instructor.

Prerequisites

• Minimum age: 10 years

• Ability to swim 200 meters and float or tread water for 10 minutes at the surface

• Good general health

• A medical certificate is usually not required—only a medical questionnaire needs to be signed.

Important: You should not fly for 18–24 hours after diving. The last dive ends at approximately 2:00 pm.
